WA API Guide - Botcake

WhatsApp API is an easy and efficient way, enabling your business to send & reply to WhatsApp chats without limits.

With the WhatsApp API feature on Botcake, you can:

• Broadcast unlimited promotions & messages to your customers' WhatsApp.

• Reply to live chats within the Live Chat section of Botcake with an unlimited number of admins

• Automatically answer based on keywords from customers.

• Automatic customer follow-up after a certain time, and many other features.

To be able to use the WhatsApp API on Botcake, there are a few things you need to prepare:

• New number (never connected to WhatsApp).

• One type of your business licensing document, may be photographed or scanned to be uploaded to Meta Business (Business Identification Number, Business Certificate, Trading Business License, Company Registration Certificate, etc.). Please make sure the results of the photo/scan are clear, not blurry, nor too dark.
