# II. Connecting other platforms

## 1. WhatsApp

**Step 1:** Click "Connect".

**Step 2:** Choose Whatsapp -> Add new account -> Scan QR code from your phone's WhatsApp app.

***Note for WhatsApp Multi-device version:***

* Your phone does not need to be connected at all time in order to stream the chats on WhatsApp

## 2. Facebook Fanpage & Instagram Business Account

When you first login with your Facebook account, your Facebook Fanpage/Instagram business should already be connected to Pancake. If you don't see your desired Fanpage displayed on Pancake, or you have freshly been added to a new Fanpage, please follow these steps.

**Step 1:** From Pancake Dashboard, click the **"Connect"** button.

**Step 2:** If your Fanpage/Instagram account is in this list, you can choose it and click **"Add Page"**&#x20;

(If not, continue to step 3).

**Step 3:** Click on **"Error: The page I need is not showing up here? Click here"**

**Step 3:** Click **"Reconnect".**

**Step 4:** Click **"Continue as \<Your Facebook name>".**

**Step 5:** Select your desired Instagram Business Account, and click "**Next**".

Your Instagram Business account must be linked with a Facebook Fanpage first in order to be displayed in this list. We recommend connecting both Instagram Business Account and the Fanpage connected to it.

**Step 6:** Select your desired Facebook Fanpages, and click **"Next"**.

**Step 7:** Check **every permission asked from Pancake.** Pancake might not work properly if there are some permissions missing.

**Step 8:** Click OK to finish the process. Your desired Facebook Fanpage and Instagram Business Account will appear on your Pancake Dashboard after this.

## 3. Shopee

**Step 1:** Click "Connect".

**Step 2:** Choose Shopee, fill in you **Username and Password,** choose your Region and click "Connect"

After loggin in, you will receive a OTP code via phone. Please fill in the code to complete the process. Your Shopee Account will appear on your Pancake Dashboard after you enter the OTP code.
