1. Create a new subscription

To create a new subscription on Pancake, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Hover your cusor to the Username and Profile picture section on the top right corner, and click "Account".

Step 2: In the Profile Settings section, click "Create".

Step 3: We have a few suggestion for your subscription plan, you can choose them from here, or customise your subscription to better suit your business.

Step 4: (To customize your subscription): Choose your desired number of pages and users that you want to connect with Pancake and click "Next".

How to calculate total page in Pancake:

• Facebook Fanpage = 1 page

• Instagram Business = 1 page

• WhatsApp number = 1 page

• Tiktok account = 1 page

• Shopee account = 1 page

For example, if you want to connect 1 Facebook Fanpage, 1 Instagram account and 2 WhatsApp number, the total pages is 4.

The number of user includes everyone who will use Pancake.

Note: Your Instagram Business account and Facebook Fanpage must be active simultaneously in order to work, which means you will have to purchase 2 pages for these platfrom even though you only want to use Instagram.

Step 5: Double check your total page/user and choose the plan duration.

After that, just input your payment info and click "Pay now"!

• Get more discount for longer subscription duration. We give up to 20% direct discount for 12 months subscription!

• You can use Visa/Mastercards to subscribe to Pancake. Your subscription will automatically be renewed 2 days before the end date.
