Reconnecting your WhatsApp with Pancake

If you see this notification on Pancake, this means that your WhatsApp has been disconnected from our system. There are a couple of reasons for this:
The WhatsApp account has not been active in the last 14 days on the main device
An error occured during the login session between Pancake and WhatsApp
The login session has been disconnected from the main device
Please follow the steps below to reconnect your WhatsApp number with Pancake:
Open WhatsApp on the main phone --> Linked device (where you normally scan the QR code)
2. Logout from all of the login sessions
Click on the login session, and click Logout. Please make sure that you have logged out from all of the session before continue to the next step.
3. Rescan the QR code on Pancake.
